It is anticipated that the Chinese 13th and 8th Armies will sei wp camps near SHAM CHI preparatory to embarking at KOWLOON to go North. about 5th & 20th October respectively, these armies, 30,000 strong each, will embark in U.S. ships to proceed to FOOCHOW and SHA CHAI. Co. Task Force 74 is in charge of the shippin side and there will be a staging camp for about 3,000 men in KOWLOON itself. The Chinese are providing all their own supplies.
